YOUTH AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME

Volunteers aged between 14-17 provide a youth voice, to help shape the vision and direction of our approach and support to co-design our programmes. The programme is driven and directed by our Young Ambassadors.

GenEarth’s Youth Ambassador programme is a fantastic team of climate activists aged 14-17 who play a key role within our organisation. Led by volunteer Chloe Agar, these volunteers connect with other young people to share their passions about biodiversity and climate, embracing their societal position to represent the voice of young people’s views.

Our programme also provides a fantastic opportunity for young people to learn more about climate change, conservation and biodiversity, and to explore their creativity and innovation for their own climate projects. We offer our young ambassadors the opportunity to  develop their public speaking skills, conduct research and write blogs, to provide them with essential skills for a future in climate activism and advocacy.

"It's incredibly inspiring to see the passion and dedication of our Youth Ambassadors as they become confident environmental leaders. Their insights are invaluable, and I'm so excited to see how their ideas will shape what comes next for our programme."
